BUDDY MENTORING
PROGRAM
As a buddy mentor, upper elementary and junior high
students have an opportunity to bond with lower
elementary and preschool students in multiple activities
throughout the year.
The program helps develop confidence in younger
students who feel accepted and encouraged by the
"bigger kids" and teaches older students the value of
sharing their experience in a leadership role.
