is important to note that Fairmont
uses a more rigorous standardized
test than the STAR program tests
that California public schools use.
Language Arts
Fairmont administers the
Comprehensive Testing
Program (CTP-4), which was
designed specifically to measure
achievement and reasoning skills
in top performing suburban and
independent schools, nation-wide.
But that's not the whole story!
Of the Fairmont students who
performed at the Proficient &
Above Level, 88% scored at the
advanced level for math, and
72% scored at the advanced
level for Language Arts.
