Recognition by Cognia The successes of Fairmont Schools in the US and our programs abroad led Cognia, one of Fairmont's accrediting agencies, to publish a case study focused on Fairmont's use of data to drive ongoing institutional improvement. Recognition by the US' largest educational accrediting organization is quite a coup for Fairmont and testament to the hard work done by so many. College admissions 2023 graduates of FIS Joint Programs were admitted to 186 colleges and universities in several countries around the world. The range of institutions to which our students applied, were accepted and will matriculate continues to expand. No other FIS class has been accepted to and enrolled in such a wide range of colleges and universities. In the Class of 2023, everyone who desired to gain admission to a top 100 college, as measured by U.S. News and World Report, was admitted to one. The class' academic and intellectual interests are broad in scope. FIS graduates are already a step ahead of the international peers they will meet in college, having been a part of our Joint Programs. They have become more intellectually adventurous and are willing to take on prudent risks to explore different subjects, follow more non-traditional educational paths, try new things and unlock new worlds for themselves.
